Compliance Notice: D2S Utility Plus Ltd is not a licensed or regulated energy broker. We do not directly sell, broker, or issue commercial energy supply contracts. Any supplier comparisons or transition management we coordinate are completed strictly as administrative, administrative-only support under the direct instruction and authorization of the client.

2. Letters of Authority (LOA)

To coordinate with utility suppliers and network operators on your behalf, you may be required to sign a Letter of Authority (LOA). The LOA defines the boundaries of our permission to request billing details, submit meter read history, and coordinate account movements. We will not enter into binding financial contracts in your name unless explicitly authorized in writing by separate instructions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients instructing us must ensure that:

• All information, tenant names, move dates, meter readings, and billing invoices provided to us are accurate and complete.
• They hold the legal authority (as landlord, tenant, or business manager) to request account alterations at the specified properties.
• They notify us immediately of any changes to tenancy statuses or supplier correspondence received directly.

We are not liable for supplier penalties, delayed reconnections, or incorrect billing calculations resulting from inaccurate client data.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we work to ensure prompt coordination and supplier compliance, utility processing times are governed entirely by third-party suppliers and distribution network operators. D2S Utility Plus Ltd is not liable for operational delays, financial losses, or business disruptions caused by supplier delays, grid issues, or supplier invoicing errors.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, graphics, and logo on this website are the property of D2S Utility Plus Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or copying of website elements for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
